People Partner - Passionate about empowering Leaders and enhancing workplace experience

With a deep passion for empowering leaders to create outstanding people experiences, I am dedicated to supporting our vision of making our business a truly ‘Great Place to Be’.

My career began with 12 years in an employment law team within a law firm, where I built a strong foundation in employment matters and HR compliance. Eager to take a more hands-on approach, I transitioned into a consultancy role, providing practical HR support to a wide range of clients. This broadened my perspective and deepened my understanding of diverse organisational cultures and challenges.

I then advanced my career by moving in-house to join the People & Culture Team at Nobia. I now proudly serve as the People Partner for Supply Chain, supporting our manufacturing and warehousing sites across the UK. In this role, I focus on strengthening leadership capability, driving cultural transformation, and ensuring our people live and breathe our core values: CARE, DELIVER, INSPIRE.
