How it works
All current job openings are listed on our Careers Website
Spot a role that’s perfect for a friend or family member? Point them to the site and encourage them to apply!
They must apply directly through the website.
Make sure they include your name and job title on their application form – this must be done at the time they apply.
Your referral will go through our usual recruitment process.
If they’re hired and pass their 6-month probation, you’ll receive a £250 Love2Shop voucher as a thank you.
Terms and conditions
To be eligible for a referral payment, the following conditions must be met:
The referred candidate must apply through the Nobia Careers website.
They must successfully complete their six-month probation.
No payment will be made if you or the referred colleague:
- Are under investigation for misconduct or performance issues.
- Leave the company or are serving notice before the payment is due.
Referrals are not valid for ex-employees who left within six months of the vacancy start date.
Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team members involved in the recruitment process are not eligible for referral payments.
This scheme is non-contractual. Nobia reserves the right to withhold payments at its discretion.
