As a Virtual Kitchen Sales Designer for Magnet, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience. You’ll take time to understand customer needs, offer creative solutions and design kitchens tailored to individual lifestyles.
Never designed a kitchen before? No problem. If you’re sales-driven, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.
What’s in it for you?
You will earn a salary of £26,550 - £28,000 (Base £26,550, with uncapped on-target earnings of c£28,000)
Hybrid working - this role will be based at our Leeds office 3 days a week, with opportunity to work from home for the remaining 2

What you’ll be doing:
Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end to end project management
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently

Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone and via virtual solutions
Have experience working towards sales targets
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for going the extra mile

Strong attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience. The hours will be rotated between 9:30am and 8:30pm.
