Data Analyst - Production
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Production team in a newly created and exciting role. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and continuity of production data, system transactions and reporting. Working across multiple legacy systems, you’ll manage end‑to‑end booking flows, resolve transactional issues, safeguard stock accuracy and deliver the metrics that drive operational performance and governance. This role is central to maintaining production stability while enabling continuous improvement, automation opportunities and our transition to SAP.

What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end transactional integrity across production systems, resolving booking, routing, and stock issues.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
Act as the main escalation point for production, warehouse, planning, and master data queries.
Oversee stock accuracy through PI checks, reconciliations, and audit-compliant controls.
Manage KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and ongoing automation improvements.
Plan and lead the annual stocktake, delivering compliant and accurate results.
Support Lean and continuous improvement using data analysis and performance metrics.
Drive governance, automation, and process improvements, including support for SAP migration.
Who we’re looking for:
Experience with production systems, ERP processes, and transactional control (including legacy environments).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose booking failures, stock issues, and routing errors.
Experience leading PI checks, stocktakes, and audit-compliant reconciliations.
Ability to produce and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
Good understanding of governance processes (CAPA, incident logging, change control).
Proven cross-functional collaboration with Master Data, IT, MI, and production teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills in problem-solving, training, and escalation.
