Orderbank Fulfilment Manager
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Orderbank Manager to join our team and help deliver kitchens with precision and care. Working at the heart of our operations, you’ll partner with regional store teams to coordinate kitchen slotting and ensure every order flows smoothly from sale to delivery.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be right at the centre of our kitchen delivery process, making a real impact every day. Your role will involve:
Partnering with regional store teams to keep every kitchen order on track and on time
Coordinating slotting and delivery schedules to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
Supporting quarterly forecasting and capacity planning across regions
Analysing order bank data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels-written, verbal, and virtual
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and delivery
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
Proven experience managing results in a retail, manufacturing, or customer-focused setting
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience meeting reporting requirements
The ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams
A commercial mindset and understanding of financial implications
A flexible, solution-focused approach and the ability to juggle priorities
A passion for improving processes and delivering great customer outcomes
