As part of our evolving store structure, we’re excited to invite applications for newly created Regional Manager roles—strategic positions focused on unlocking performance, empowering leadership, and championing our values.

In this pivotal role, you'll lead through others: setting clear expectations, driving operational excellence, and cultivating a thriving, customer-first culture across your region. You’ll inspire Store Managers and their teams to consistently exceed performance targets while fostering a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable regional goals with impact

• Empower and coach Store Managers to lead high-performing, customer-focused teams

• Drive regional KPIs and embed operational consistency across all sites

• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and recognition

• Champion wellbeing, development, and belonging at every level

• Lead structured performance improvement plans and celebrate success

• Promote The Magnet Experience—ensuring every store delivers standout customer journeys

• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives and drive business growth

• Ensure compliance and best practice across stock, security, and legislative frameworks

• Identify local market opportunities and activate commercial success

Who we’re looking for

• Proven leadership across multi-site retail or commercial environments

• A strong track record of driving sustained business performance

• Passion for people development and leading through others

• Clear commercial acumen, P&L understanding, and strategic thinking

• Confidence to influence, challenge, and inspire at all levels

• Resilience, adaptability, and solution-focused mindset

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends to provide hands-on support, visibility and leadership across the region

• Must live within the regional patch, have a Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
