What you'll be doing:
As a key member of our Marketing team, you’ll:
Take full ownership of campaign performance across all paid channels-search, social, programmatic, and video
Monitor budgets, creative performance, and audience engagement in real time
Develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive growth, leveraging advanced targeting and bidding strategies
Identify trends quickly, scale high-performing activity, and pivot campaigns to maximise ROI
Work closely with internal teams and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with broader marketing objectives
Lead agency partnerships-review outputs, provide guidance, and implement optimisations
Lead and develop a Performance Executive, providing coaching, guidance and opportunities for growth
Report performance in a clear, actionable way, translating complex data into insights for senior stakeholders
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and privacy changes to continuously improve strategy
Who we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and commercially minded. Someone who thrives on making data work harder and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll hit the ground running with:
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and strong analytical skills using GA4 or similar tools
Demonstrable ability to optimise campaigns for performance, including audience segmentation and creative testing
Experience managing agencies and driving collaborative improvement
Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
A continuous learner mindset, keeping up with industry trends and emerging best practices
