We’re looking for a service focused, proactive, and organised Supply Chain Warranty Co-ordinator to play a key role in managing any quality issues for our store network.
Please note this position is a 12 Months Fixed Term contract.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting service teams across Nobia to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
Managing customer quality complaints from start to successful resolution
Reviewing and processing warranty and quality claims in line with company policies
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer claims
Providing guidance and support to the warranty coordinators
Identifying trend into data and taking action where needed

Great communication and interpersonal skills
Effective telephone handling technique
Desirable a background in Manufacturing or quality assurance
