What you’ll be doing
Accounts Receivable Team Lead will be responsible in leading the accounts receivable team, contributing to accurate and timely delivery of the Accounts Receivable service. The role plays a key part in securing strong cash flow through timely collections, accurate customer account management, and compliance with internal controls.
This position will contribute to continuous improvement by implementing new processes and ways of working, while ensuring the team’s day-to-day operations run effectively.
The AR Team Lead acts as a subject matter expert on AR processes, provides guidance to the team, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support business needs.
Lead the team of AR specialists by setting goals and objectives, providing training, organizing and supervising daily tasks and actively participating in AR operations when needed.
Implement best practices and processes in Accounts Receivable, in coordination with the direct manager, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with Nobia management, finance, sales, customer service teams to resolve escalated payment issues and credit control disputes.
Monitor key AR metrics, prepare/review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Deliver updates and reports on collection issues and risks to senior finance leadership, in coordination with the direct manager.
Monitor customer credit exposure and assess related risks. Recommend and approve new credit holds/releases/credit limits adjustments according to internal procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and controls and escalate defined issues to the direct manager. Support external audits and implement required actions.
Support management with additional AR related tasks.
Drive continuous improvements of accounting systems and AR related processes.
Your skillset for performance:
Relevant education within Finance administration.
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or a related finance role.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable process with working knowledge of Record to Report activities.
Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Strong English verbal and written skills.
SAP experience is a plus.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Residence of Lithuania.

The salary range is from 3124 – 4339 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
