Join Nobias Infrastructure Control Team to strengthen and modernize our core platforms. You’ll focus on Citrix, virtualization, and Microsoft ecosystems to keep our environments secure, reliable, and scalable—supporting a business with a strong European footprint.
You will be based in Tilst or Ølgod in a hybrid role, working closely with colleagues across the UK and the Nordics. Your manager is based in the UK. If you are located in Tilst, you can expect to occasionally work from Ølgod, where our servers are located.
What you’ll do
As part of our Infrastructure team, you’ll help ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our systems. Your tasks may include:
- Citrix operations: Implement, administer, and optimize Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp, taking ownership of day-to-day stability and improvements.
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere management and optimization across hosts and clusters.
- Server and datacentre: Monitor, patch, and harden physical servers and on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
- Microsoft ecosystem: Support AD, AAD, and Microsoft 365, contributing to identity, access, and collaboration services.
- Cloud platforms: Maintain workloads and integrations in Azure and/or AWS within a hybrid architecture.
- Reliability and support: Proactively monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with network/security teams and internal stakeholders.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative spirit. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex challenges, working across borders, and continuously developing your skills. Ideally, you bring the following:
- Experience as a System or Infrastructure Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Citrix
- Experience with VMware vSphere
- Solid experience with Microsoft: AD, AAD, Microsoft 365
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud service
- Experience with Linux, SCCM, Intune is an advantageous
- Languages: Danish and English
