Customs and Planning Administrator
We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven and collaborative Customs and Planning Administrator to join our Supply Planning team. What you’ll be doing
You’ll be at the heart of our customs and planning operations, ensuring compliance, coordination, and continuous improvement across the supply chain planning. Your role will involve:
• Managing electronic customs entries for European road, air, and sea freight-ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies
• Using bespoke systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain accuracy and uphold procedural standards
• Providing administrative support across Commercial, Finance, and Warehousing teams to enable seamless service delivery
• Reviewing and refining business processes to enhance efficiency and maintain customs compliance
• Building strong relationships with customs agents, transport companies, and suppliers to support smooth operations
• Collaborating across departments including Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Master Data, Sourcing, and Logistics to drive integrated ways of working
• Managing stock portfolios across multiple vendors to meet compliance targets and fulfil customer demand
• Overseeing purchase order books-creating, expediting, or deferring orders to optimise fulfilment and stock turnover
• Coordinating with suppliers and transport partners to ensure timely delivery and alignment with operational goals
