This is a permanent position, with a basic salary of £31,250.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our regional store teams, helping them slot and deliver kitchens efficiently, because every delivery means a satisfied customer and a win for our business. 

You will also:

• Partner with regional store teams to keep every order on track
• Support with forecasting on a quarterly basis
• Analyse data to spot opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate with stakeholders at every level regarding order bank performance, including written, virtual and verbal communication

What do we need from you?

We’re looking for a passionate person who is tenacious, flexible, and solution-focused. The successful person will champion our culture of Care, Deliver, Inspire, ensuring our teams drive success by working smarter. 

Here’s what else you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience managing results in a fast-paced retail sales or customer focused environment
• Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with experience meeting reporting requirements
• The ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• Show and demonstrate financial understanding
