What you’ll be doing:

The Reporting Specialist role at Nobia offers a unique opportunity to work as a support for finance team, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in shaping the reporting landscape within the organization. Your expertise in reporting, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency will be valued assets in this important position.

• Meticulously prepare reports in accordance with established guidelines.
• Actively review existing reporting processes, propose improvements, and implement adjustments to enhance efficiency.
• Perform regular commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Respond to internal inquiries related to the reports you've prepared, offering support via telephone and email.
• Create comprehensive work instructions to guide the team in handling assigned reports effectively.

Your skillset for performance:

• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and macros.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Working knowledge of standard reporting procedures.
• Ability and willingness to learn quickly, follow instructions meticulously, and handle sensitive data with care.
• Solid foundation in computer literacy, with ease in navigating various software and systems.
• Residency in Lithuania.

The salary range is from 1400€ gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
