Junior Developer
We're hiring a Junior Developer in Lithuania, who's passionate about joining our STEP developers’ team and creating well-structured, high-quality data solutions.
This role plays a key part in supporting and developing our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, focusing on STEP as our core MDM platform. Together with other Step developers and our Data and Analytics Team you will contribute to harmonized business processes and a global SAP template that supports our "One Company" agenda - enabling smarter operations across Europe.

As a Junior Developer at STEP developers’ team, you will:
· Support the work to build up STEP to be our main MDM system in Nobia
· Oversee product data interfaces
· Develop product data models
· Manage product data uploads
· Implement and maintain data workflows
· Ensure data accuracy through cleaning and validation processes
· Collaborate with analytics and business teams to identify and prioritize data needs
Your skillset for performance:
· Experience of working with programming using Java, Java script, XML and Json.
· Experience working with MDM software applications (STEP is a plus, but not essential).
· Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical, data-driven approach and a passion for exploring and understanding data.
· Experienced in data analysis and data science.
· Familiar with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
· Being an advocate for strong data foundations within the organization.
· Fluent English skills.

The salary range is from 2800 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
