Supply Planner Intercompany
About the Role
As a Supply Planner Intercompany (Temporary position up to 1 year) at Nobia, you will be a key contributor within our Nordic Supply Chain team. This role ensures the successful execution of supply and demand planning processes that enable timely and efficient product availability across our supply network.
You will work in close collaboration with production planners, purchasers, and distribution teams to manage planning parameters, monitor supply chain performance, and translate forecasts into actionable plans. Your contributions will directly support our S&OP process, local planning strategies, and the continuous improvement of supply performance in line with Nobia’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Master planning to plan sales orders
- Management of ATP parameters product level
- Responsible for collect and uploading forecast for component for trade in the S&OP process
- Support Purchasing team with sales order information
- Active partner in cooperation with Production planners Purchasers and Distribution planners
- Contribute to develop local planning to support Nobia strategy
- Develop strong relationships with the Master planning stakeholders
Contribute to a cross Nordic planning cooperation - Partner in developing Intercompany KPI’s
- Responsible for handling shortages and replan
- Support the master planning and order transformation
Your Experience and Skills
- Planning processes from both a business- and ERP-systems perspective
- Service oriented mindset (one point of contact philosophy)
- Capacity and volume utilization in corporation with production management
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and impact of production and machine utilization
- Understanding of production processes and production execution
- Ability to work with production and management to get results
- Ability to identify and manage challenged within planning and direct them to logistic development
- A degree in Engineering, Logistict & Management or similar.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
