We’re looking for a Regional Learning Facilitator to join our Talent & Development team. Within this role, you’ll play a key supporting role helping people grow and thrive in both fast-paced retail and hands-on supply chain environments.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in supporting retail and supply chain colleagues grow and thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and delivering a smooth and engaging induction experience for new colleagues across both our retail and supply chain environments.
- Supporting new colleagues through their first six months, tailoring learning plans to their individual needs and ensuring effective onboarding through our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Sharing your expertise in design, sales, and service to coach and guide colleagues through face-to-face, digital, and blended learning - both one-to-one and in group sessions.
- Facilitating a variety of training programmes that reflect the needs and priorities of the business.
- Listening to feedback from learners and stakeholders to help shape and continuously improve our training content and delivery.
- Identifying gaps in existing learning resources and working with the team to design new, engaging content that drives performance.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Training & Development team and key stakeholders to create and deliver impactful learning solutions.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Regional Leadership Teams, to support business goals.
- Coaching and supporting leaders so they can effectively manage and develop their teams, accelerating learner development and speed to competency.
Who we’re looking for:
- Expert level of Fusion design skills.
- In-depth product knowledge, ideally across both retail and manufacturing environments.
- Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training to groups and individuals.
- A collaborative approach and strong teamworking skills, with the ability to support learning both face-to-face and remotely.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- A flexible approach to working hours and travel - occasional overnight stays will be required.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple training schedules effectively.
