Supply Planner
About the Role
As a Supply Planner (Temporary position up to 1 year) at Nobia, you will be a key contributor within our Nordic Supply Chain team. This role ensures the successful execution of supply and demand planning processes that enable timely and efficient product availability across our supply network.
You will work in close collaboration with production planners, purchasers, and distribution teams to manage planning parameters, monitor supply chain performance, and translate forecasts into actionable plans. Your contributions will directly support our S&OP process, local planning strategies, and the continuous improvement of supply performance in line with Nobia’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will help us succeed by:
- Managing ATP (Available to Promise) parameters at the brand and customer segment levels
- Owning the supply and demand plans in the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process
- Collaborating actively with production planners, purchasers, and distribution planners (handling missing parts, transports, etc.)
- Supporting the development of local planning practices aligned with Nobia’s strategic direction
- Building strong relationships with Master Planning stakeholders
- Contributing to a cross-Nordic planning collaboration
- Monitoring HUB warehouse data
- Creating purchase orders for cabinets and shelves (HUB – JPKG), and managing both inbound and outbound flows
- Following up on customer support claims towards factories and suppliers
- Driving the network planning cycle by transferring net forecasts to the factory
- Managing backorders for both HUB and JPKG operations
Your Experience and Skills
To hit the ground running in this role, you bring:
- Knowledge of planning processes from both a business and ERP systems perspective
- A service-oriented mindset and a “one point of contact” philosophy
- Experience in capacity and volume utilization, in close collaboration with production management
- A strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the impact of production and machine utilization
- Skills in bottleneck identification and control
- Knowledge of production processes and execution
- The ability to collaborate effectively across production and management to drive results
- Competence in identifying planning challenges and channeling them into logistics development
- A team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset
