About the Role

As a Data Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting data-driven technology solutions, specifically within Product Data Management and Nobia’s supply network. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, effective solutions aligned with Nobia’s technology and business strategy.

You will report to the Data Solution, Implementation & Governance Manager and be part of a highly collaborative team focused on delivering operational excellence and driving innovation through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Data Solutions (primarily in SAP S/4 and Insight), ensuring compliance with business processes and architectural standards

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Develop, test, and deploy Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including data validation and integration workflows

• Support and enhance data quality frameworks and manage issue resolution processes

• Integrate new data solutions into existing system landscapes with minimal disruption

• Conduct technical testing (Unit and System Integration Testing), support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues before, during, and after implementation

• Document solution designs, configurations, and technical procedures to ensure long-term supportability

• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data engineering and MDM

• Support agile delivery by contributing to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

• Knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth handover to support teams

• First-line support during post-go-live hyper care and beyond

• Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives based on system performance and feedback

Who You Are

You are a hands-on engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex data challenges. You’re comfortable balancing business needs with technical implementation and you value structure, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in data engineering, MDM, or SAP-related solution design and delivery

• Proficiency in system integration, testing methodologies, and technical documentation

• A solid understanding of Agile delivery principles and DevOps mindset

• Strong communication skills in English
