Are you ready to play a vital role in delivering and supporting the systems and applications within Nobia’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing? At Nobia UK, we’re on the lookout for a Product Owner to join our talented team in Darlington.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations across the UK and Nordics. Reporting to the Product Area Director, your day-to-day will include:
- Responsible for ensuring agreed service levels are continuously met across the product area.
- Point of escalation within the product team for incident management.
- Manage successful delivery of new applications and systems through project delivery.
- Ensure smooth transition within the team from projects to support.
- Develop relationships with key software suppliers to help realise the product road map, understanding supplier dependencies, escalation policies and availability.
- Liaises with all key stakeholders across the Production Facilities and Warehouse Management to visualise both the road map and progress of the backlog.
- Develop key relationships to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Run the IT operations in a manufacturing site on daily basis but also remote site support model.
What you’ll bring to the team
To hit the ground running and thrive in this role, you'll bring a powerful mix of experience, technical know-how, and leadership skills:
- The ability to both work in a structured manner and provide the team with a structured approach to managing the demand within the projects and operational support on daily basis, experience in Warehousing/SCM and Manufacturing IT.
- The ability to work effectively across several key user groups, ability to act as Interface between IT and Business Processes.
- The ability to foster a knowledge sharing safe space for the team to innovate and design solutions, experience in System Architecture, System Engineering/Configuration, Service Management and Project Management (Certifications are a plus).
- The ability to keep the team motivated and on track to deliver across all areas of the Product life cycle.
- Remote and Onsite Leadership experience, Hands-On Mentality and broad IT Background is highly desired.
- Know how in SAP S4 EWM and/or Warehouse Logistics and Shopfloor Systems is highly desired.
- Know how in System Development in .NET, Visual Basic and MSSQL is highly desired.
