What you’ll be doing:

You will be part of building governance and processes within Accounts payable as part of our Strategic transformation program with the implementation of S4/Hana and Basware P2P a vendor invoice management tool across our company.

• Vendor account maintenance.
• Process Vendor invoices.
• Handle Outgoing payments, internal and external communication.
• Month end closing activities.
• Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives within the AP process.

Your skillset for performance:

• Relevant education within Finance administration.
• Gained experience in Accounts Payable process with working knowledge of Record to Report activities.
• Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• SAP and Basware experience is a plus.
• Residence permit in Lithuania.

The salary range is from 1353 € to 2762 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
