What you’ll be doing :
We are hiring Junior Data Engineer who are passionate about building structured, high-quality data solutions. In Nobia, you will join the Data and Analytics Team, a group of talented designers, efficient developers, and product owners, to help make an impact in the fastest growing area of the company. This role is particularly focused on supporting existing Data and Analytics and will play a key role in new data integration that supports organizational priorities. Intelligent and insightful data solutions will be used to evolve our products and services, to continuously improve our capabilities.
- Assist in SAP S/4HANA activities related to Material master/Commercial processes/Supplier/Customer data.
- Optimize workflows and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining data quality and setting up reports to support decision-making.
- Support data migration activities to ensure smooth transitions between systems.
- Participate in the development of Master Data processes.
- Support process mapping efforts to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Your skillset for performance:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA (Material master, commercial, supplier, customer).
- Knowledge of SAP configuration, test data management, library, and testing support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, analytical mindset and curiosity for exploring data.
- Basic understanding of data quality, data migration, master data processes, and process mapping.
- Familiarity with data analysis, data science, and data pipelines.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, building networks across teams.
- Collaborative mindset, with a proactive knowledge sharing and team-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid residence permits in Lithuania.

The salary range is from 2500 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
