What you’ll be doing
As a group-wide Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Group Reward in aligning and optimizing People & Culture processes across the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of Compensation & Benefits data. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and preparing reports on C&B data, providing valuable insights. A key aspect of your role will also involve supporting local teams by addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and ensuring the effective implementation of C&B processes. This position requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in C&B operations.
- Actively contribute to support the execution of C&B processes, including salary reviews, variable pay programs, and benefits management.
- Assist in the implementation of the Global Job Structure across Nobia.
- Develop and implement country-specific salary ranges to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Support the rollout of the EU Pay Transparency Directive within Nobia.
- Provide accurate and timely data for compensation and benefits market surveys to benchmark and align practices.
- Conduct HR data analytics, generating both regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist the Head of Group Reward with daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of C&B initiatives.
Your skillset for performance
- 3+ years of experience in the Compensation & Benefits field.
- Experience working in an international environment, navigating diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective.
- Higher education in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management abilities, fostering strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Collaborative mindset, with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
- A genuine enthusiasm for promoting equality, fairness, and transparency in all aspects of work.
- Valid residence permits in Lithuania.

The salary range is 3200 - 4000 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
