Accounts Receivable Accountant (Credit Control)

What you’ll be doing
- Handle invoice management, incoming payments (B2C, B2B), customer related refunds, requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Investigations of accounts differences.
- Support branches and handle customer queries via email and phone.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Make outbound calls to remind clients about outstanding payments.
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve payment-related issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Use active listening and clear communication to build positive relationships with clients.
- Month end closing activities.
- Drive continuous improvements initiatives within the AR process.
Your skillset for performance:
- Relevant education within Finance administration.
- Gained experience in Accounts Receivable process with working knowledge of Record to Report activities.
- Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Strong English verbal and written skills.
- SAP and Microsoft experience is a plus.
- Residence of Lithuania.

The salary range is from 1353 € to 2760 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
