What you’ll be doing  

• Handle invoice management, incoming payments (B2C, B2B), customer related refunds, requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigations of accounts differences.
• Support branches and handle customer queries via email and phone.
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Make outbound calls to remind clients about outstanding payments.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve payment-related issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Use active listening and clear communication to build positive relationships with clients.
• Month end closing activities.
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives within the AR process.

Your skillset for performance:

• Relevant education within Finance administration.
• Gained experience in Accounts Receivable process with working knowledge of Record to Report activities.
• Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• SAP and Microsoft experience is a plus.
• Residence of Lithuania.

The salary range is from 1353 € to 2760 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
