IT Procurement Specialist

What you’ll be doing:
- Engage daily with various stakeholders to identify, understand, and assist with their requirements and demands.
- Oversee and manage purchases of new IT solutions (software and hardware) through RFPs, tenders, and negotiations.
- Facilitate commercial and contractual negotiations, collaborating closely with IT department specialists to ensure alignment with business needs and Group policies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and supplier rationalization.
- Optimize and manage the IT contracts renewal process within the organization.
- Participate actively in the upcoming e-procurement solution deployment project.
- Maintain good relationships with existing IT vendors and partners.
Your skillset for performance:
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT procurement or sales positions.
- Practical knowledge in procurement processes and functions.
- General knowledge and curiosity for IT area – solutions, services, hardware, software.
- Experience in negotiations.
- Knowledge of main legal terms and contractual obligations related to IT purchases.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Effective research and analytical skills would be appreciated.
- Residence permit in Lithuania required.

The salary range is 2800 - 4000 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
