What you’ll be doing:

• Engage daily with various stakeholders to identify, understand, and assist with their requirements and demands.
• Oversee and manage purchases of new IT solutions (software and hardware) through RFPs, tenders, and negotiations.
• Facilitate commercial and contractual negotiations, collaborating closely with IT department specialists to ensure alignment with business needs and Group policies.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and supplier rationalization.
• Optimize and manage the IT contracts renewal process within the organization.
• Participate actively in the upcoming e-procurement solution deployment project.
• Maintain good relationships with existing IT vendors and partners.

Your skillset for performance:

• 2+ years of proven experience in IT procurement or sales positions.
• Practical knowledge in procurement processes and functions.
• General knowledge and curiosity for IT area – solutions, services, hardware, software.
• Experience in negotiations.
• Knowledge of main legal terms and contractual obligations related to IT purchases.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Effective research and analytical skills would be appreciated.
• Residence permit in Lithuania required.

The salary range is 2800 - 4000 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
