What you’ll be doing:
We're looking for an Accounts Payable expert with a passion for leading and inspiring others! You'll take the responsibility of our Accounts Payable team within the Shared Service Center, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and enhance our processes to meet evolving business needs.
Together with your team, you’ll play a key role in supporting Nobia's day-to-day operations - everything from invoice scanning and booking to payments and vendor reconciliation. You’ll also be our go-to person for finance - related matters, helping to set up accounting processes as part of our Strategic Transformation Program.
- Lead the team of AP specialists, providing training, allocating and reviewing all daily work assignments and be part of the operations.
- Be part of the finance team within the Strategic transformation program, defining accounting processes across Group companies.
- Implement best practices and processes in Accounts Payable.
- Lead team in supporting and administrating Invoice management, Reminder, Payment, Monthly reconciliation, Supplier payments, month-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting deadlines.
- Participate in testing new processes and tools.
Your skillset for performance:
- Proven experience in a team lead role, guiding and mentoring a team to achieve project goals and objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable process with working knowledge of Record to Report activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP/S4 Hana and VIM tools such as Basware or similar.
- Experience in executing transformation projects.
- Working with a process focus – understanding, developing and adhering to AP processes.
- Implement process simplification and standardization within a Shared Service Center.
- Strong self-organizing skills, with focus on quality.
- Problem-solving skills and hands-on mindset.
- Ability to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment
- Ability to travel abroad if required and occasional off-hours availability
- Residence permit in Lithuania.

The salary range is from 3124 € to 4339 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
