Salary - £24,024
What you’ll be doing
As an Inbound Call Advisor you will offer guidance and support to all customers (internal and external) through online chat, emails and calls. You'll communicate information accurately, clearly and efficiently to customers and management.
You'll worked to agreed service levels ensuring that all customers are responded to quickly and are provided with exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for updating spreadsheets and feedback on enquiries with a view to implementing improvement actions.
Your skillset for performance:
To be successful in this role you will have customer service experience and ideally hold an NVQ level 2 or 3 in Business Admin along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
