From Trainee to Leader
Gustav Skov Hansen | Head of B2B
“What matters most to me is the culture we have. I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to be given responsibility early on, to be challenged, and to be seen as a talent. It has shaped my development.”
From Trainee to Specialist
Camilla | Health & Safety, Environment Specialist
"My manager has been really good at highlighting and making use of my strengths. He’s been able to see my potential and has helped me develop it."
From Apprentice to Production Coordinator
Markus | Production Coordinator
“When production runs smoothly and every link in the chain works, we create results that customers can see in their homes. There is a special satisfaction in knowing that it all starts here.”
From Study Hall to Office
Rikke | People & Culture Consultant
“On my first day, I met a colleague on my way in, and we walked up to the office together. To me, that perfectly reflects my first weeks here - you’re guided in, and every question is welcomed."
