We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape and drive Reward strategy, governance and compensation practices across Nobia Group, ensuring a fair, competitive and transparent approach to rewarding our people.
Reward is a strategic enabler that enable us to attract and retain the right people, recognise contribution and make consistent, data-driven and well-informed decisions.
You will report directly to the EVP, Chief People & Culture Officer of Nobia and work closely with colleagues across Nobia, local People & Culture teams and external partners.
What you’ll be doing
At Nobia, we are developing our Compensation & Reward framework across countries and brands. As Compensation & Benefits Partner, you will own and drive key Reward initiatives, including compensation structures, benefits, job architecture, incentive programmes, market benchmarking, analytics and Reward governance.
A unique aspect of this role is direct involvement in Remuneration Committee and Board-level Reward matters. You will prepare analyses and recommendations that inform executive compensation decisions and gain exposure to senior leadership and governance processes in a listed company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive compensation processes – lead annual salary review process, incentive cycles and other key Reward activities across Nobia, ensuring consistency, governance and alignment with business priorities.
Own incentives and benefits programs – design, develop and continuously improve bonus programmes, company car policies and other benefits across the organisation.
Lead Global Job Structure development – drive the implementation and continued development of Nobia’s Global Job Structure, ensuring consistency across roles, levels and countries.
Shape salary structures – develop and maintain country-specific salary structures and pay ranges, supporting a consistent and competitive approach to compensation.
Drive pay equity and transparency initiatives – analyse compensation outcomes, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support fair, transparent and well-founded pay practices.
Lead market benchmarking activities – manage participation in compensation surveys, analyse market trends and provide insights that support Reward decisions.
Deliver reward analytics and reporting – translate complex Reward data into clear insights, recommendations and decision materials for senior leaders, Executive Committee members and the Board.
Act as a trusted Reward advisor – partner with local People & Culture teams and business leaders across countries, providing guidance on Reward frameworks, policies and processes.
Strengthen Reward governance and continuous improvement – enhance Reward processes, tools and data quality, while driving greater consistency, efficiency and governance across the Group.
Contribute to strategic Reward projects – lead and support strategic initiatives including executive compensation, long-term incentive programmes, pay transparency requirements and broader Reward transformation projects.
Your skillset for performance
We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, structure and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights. - This role is well suited for a Reward professional who enjoys combining strategic Reward design with hands-on execution and is comfortable working independently in a high-visibility role with significant exposure to senior leadership.
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or a similar Reward function, ideally within an international organisation.
Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, incentive programmes and Reward governance.
Experience developing or managing job architecture, job evaluation, grading methodologies or organisational frameworks.
The ability to analyse complex data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations for decision-makers.
Experience preparing high-quality analyses, reports and decision materials for senior leadership, Executive Committees, Remuneration Committees or Boards.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through data, insight and professional judgement.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build credibility across functions, countries and organisational levels.
A structured and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
Experience working in an international or multi-country environment and navigating diverse market conditions and regulatory requirements.
Excellent Excel and analytical capabilities, with strong attention to detail and data quality.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
