Head of Indirect Procurement
Nobia Group is one of Europe’s largest kitchen specialists, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, operating a portfolio of leading brands across the Nordic region – including HTH, Marbodal, Norema, Sigdal, and Invita. As we build a stronger, more integrated Group structure, we are establishing a dedicated Nordic Indirect Procurement function for the first time.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a function with genuine Nordic reach. As our first Head of Indirect Procurement for the Nordic region, you will consolidate indirect spend across multiple brands and countries – building a framework that creates both savings and strategic value at scale.
You will operate at a senior level, combining hands-on commercial execution with a clear strategic perspective, and report directly to the Group CFO.
Scope of the Role
The indirect procurement function covers all non-direct-material spend across Nobia’s Nordic brands, working in close coordination with the central Nobia Group procurement team which retains responsibility for direct materials. The immediate strategic opportunity lies in consolidating agreements across the Nordic portfolio – unlocking volume leverage that individual brands cannot achieve alone. Your primary categories include:
Marketing & Agencies – creative agencies, media buying, print, events
Professional Services – consultants, legal counsel, auditors, advisors
Logistics & Transport – freight, warehousing, last-mile delivery (non-direct)
Travel & Meetings – corporate travel programmes, hotel agreements, meeting venues
HR & Training – recruitment partners, learning platforms, external trainers
Key Responsibilities
Structure & Governance
Design and implement a Nordic indirect procurement framework that works across brands, countries, and organisational structures
Establish sourcing policies, approval workflows, and supplier onboarding standards
Define and maintain a consolidated Nordic supplier register across all indirect categories and brands
Ensure full compliance with Nobia Group procurement guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead RFx processes and commercial negotiations across all indirect categories
Secure framework agreements and master service agreements that protect the business commercially and legally
Drive cost reductions and value-creation initiatives, tracking savings with full transparency to the CFO
Manage contract renewals, performance reviews, and exit processes
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as the primary indirect procurement partner across Nordic brands, engaging with brand CFOs, functional leaders, and Nobia Group functions including Finance, TED, Marketing, People & Culture, and Operations
Challenge and support business owners in articulating their requirements and translating them into effective sourcing strategies
Drive Nordic consolidation of indirect agreements – identifying overlapping supplier relationships across brands, harmonising terms, and building Group-level framework agreements where beneficial
Insight & Reporting
Build spend visibility across the full Nordic indirect spend base – mapping categories, suppliers, and contract positions across all brands
Report regularly to the Group CFO on savings pipeline, consolidation progress, supplier risk, and function maturity
Contribute to the annual budget process with procurement input on key cost lines
