As part of our Digital Experience team, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our commercial solutions – with a strong connection to Marbodal and our factory site in Tidaholm.
Your Mission
As a Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will be part of the Technology Experience Data (TED) team and take a leading role in developing and supporting commercial solutions within Nobia – with a primary focus on Sweden and the Marbodal brand. You will help ensure that our systems are fit for purpose today and ready for tomorrow.
Your Responsibilities
Lead all development work for existing Marbodal solutions – prioritize requirements, design future-ready solutions, and manage incident troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with developers (internal and external), stakeholders, and business users to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
Drive the implementation of Nobia’s commercial solutions at Marbodal – including business process adaptation and designing new information flows.
Help build an agile product organization to support Nobia’s commercial landscape.
Act as a bridge between business and technology to ensure alignment and value delivery.
Lead and support cross-functional teams across requirements, testing, and deployment.
Set up testing processes and conduct acceptance tests together with business users.
What You Bring
Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within commercial or manufacturing systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to turn complex business needs into scalable system solutions.
Proven ability to drive requirements from idea to delivery in an agile environment.
Confident prioritizer with the ability to balance business value and strategic alignment.
Experienced in testing processes and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Natural collaborator and team player with strong communication skills.
Curious, humble, and open-minded – always looking to learn and improve.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (field of study is flexible).
Fluent in Swedish and English – spoken and written.
Willingness to travel a few days per year within Sweden or Northern Europe.
