Across the Nobia business, we’re turning apprentices into highly skilled professionals. We’re proud to offer great training and give a new generation the room to learn, grow and be inspired. Though opportunities vary from region to region, our drive to develop talent is the same across the business.

Creating kitchens customers love is what we do best at Nobia. We’ve developed a ‘customer first’ approach that gives them a great experience, right from start to finish.

Throughout the business, you’ll discover a number of dedicated customer care and service teams offering expert advice and guidance. Put simply, it’s an area where days are varied and your workload changes often – so there’s plenty of room to grow, learn skills and build an exciting future.

To join the team, you need an eye for detail, a head for figures and a real gift for teamwork. If you've got the skills and drive to build a career, we'll give you the room to develop.

Group Sustainability is a central function responsible for the Group's strategic sustainability management. Here you work across all our businesses towards our sustainability goals through strategy development, external monitoring, reporting and project management as well as competence support within sustainability and circular economy.

While kitchens and services take centre stage at Nobia, we never forget the people who make our operations possible. In fact, we make sure all our businesses get outstanding support through our local and global HR departments in areas such as recruiting, development and advising on HR policies, processes and practices on a daily basis. Join us in these teams and you’ll find that you’ll have room to inspire.

In our local and group level IT departments, we take care of everyday communications, sales and customer management software, design packages, accountancy systems and more. Our Maintenance professionals keep our machines working smoothly and our property in good order. You could also be keeping our sites well maintained, so our team has a good working environment. It’s a job where you’ll need the independence to get on with tasks, but also the ability to work in a team. You’ll also need to be comfortable with technology, aware of LEAN methodology and determined to do your best.

Our managers head up our stores, lead our specialist support functions and motivate our teams in our warehouses, production sites, and more. Wherever they’re based, they all strive to be the best leaders they can be. They understand the wider business, they create engagement, focusing on cooperation and the customer and being a trusted role model. With management careers that offer the chance to excel and plenty of room for growth, a position at Nobia could be a very good move.

Our teams also monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity – it all adds up to a challenging retail career where you’ll have room to make an impact.

We dedicate tremendous time and resources to developing products our customers love. Spend a day with our Product Development team, and you’ll understand just what’s involved. Put simply, they drive new products through the entire product lifecycle, from ideas to prototyping to full industrial design and implementation.

Our Production colleagues are key in our daily operations. They are involved in everything from leading and managing production lines or sections, through to maintaining machines and facilities. Each month they produce more than 500,000 cabinets in our different production facilities. If you’d like to work in production, there is there’s room to really make it - in every sense of the word.

Our Quality specialists make sure we maintain the highest standards in our products. They work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure that business processes meet high standards and regulations. Our quality teams also develop, implement, control and update documentation, and review the results of audits. That makes for an environment where excellence rules and great ideas are always welcomed.
