Join us at Nobia as Transport Lead. You will be a part of the Transport Sourcing Team responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and tactical projects with focus on the Nordic market. A key part of the role in the coming years is to deliver ‘best in class’ brand specific last mile transport solutions from our planned new factory in Sweden.

As Transport Lead you will join our Transport Sourcing Team and work with colleagues and key stakeholders in the Nobia production and supply chain organisation. Our goal is to deliver a world class transport operation for existing and new production plants in the Nordics, delivering kitchen dreams to our customers.
In this position you will play a key role key role in the design, setup and implementation of sustainable transport solutions in a complex and demanding industry. You will be supported by your sourcing team colleagues in Stockholm in delivering significant change to meet the future transport needs of Nobia and our customers, covering linehaul and last mile operations across several channels and geographies.
You will also help develop and implement a Continuous Improvement mindset and pipeline of improvements with our transport partners across the Nordics.
As an ideal candidate you have at least 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain in successful operations and development projects and be able to thrive in an international cross-functional environment. You have strong communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
Knowledge of the Nordic transport market and/or direct experience of working with supply chain procurement or development in supply chain are beneficial but not essential.
Your university or college degree is in business or supply chain or you have gained relevant and recent practical professional Project Management qualifications instead.
As you will be in close dialogue with stakeholders in all our Nordic production plants and commercial organisation, it is a must that you are fluent in English, (both written and spoken), and it is an advantage that you are fluent in one or more Scandinavian languages. The role is based in Stockholm, but the ability to travel is essential as is a current driving license.
