Do you share our passion for kitchens? Here is an opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people and play a key role in the making of great products that inspire everyday life. You are welcome to join our People & Culture (P&C) Team as our next Junior P&C Partner.  

This is what you will do 

As our Junior P&C Partner you will support and collaborate with our Nobia Group business and drive P&C (HR) initiatives/projects with primary focus on Group, but you will also support secondly our Commercial Region North business. You will be the go-to person in both strategic as well as operational HR-related matters for many of our Group managers. The support and coaching to our managers span across our full employee journey and could include areas such as performance management, goal setting, co-manage workshops, support with employee pulse surveys, salary review etc. 

You will also take an active role and responsibility within our P&C Product Area team, being overall responsible for our current two smallest P&C products: “Onboarding” and “Offboarding”. 

Required languages are English and Swedish. 

Other tasks and areas of responsibility: 

  • Support managers in a 1:1 or group setting in a wide range of P&C areas 
  • Drive P&C initiatives and projects within a variety of areas toward the business in line with our yearly P&C wheel 
  • Be a contributing member within a variety of P&C teams, local as well as global 
  • Train/educate other P&C members and managers within your product areas Onboarding and Offboarding 
  • Support with various day-to-day transactional and operational HR tasks for Group and our Commercial Region North (Sweden) 

You have 

  • The ability to listen actively and advise managers 1:1 within various P&C topics.  Requires an attitude that “all can be solved” and “nothing is impossible” 
  • The ability to combine HR with a commercial and profit driven organization and mindset 
  • An attitude of wanting to work proactive, not reactively 
  • The ability and desire to contribute within other P&C teams and cross functional teams 
  • An attitude of everyone can learn and develop. Behavior of being verbal and good at asking questions 

For you to be successful in this position, we believe you have 4+ years of relevant experience.
