This is what you will do
As our Junior P&C Partner you will support and collaborate with our Nobia Group business and drive P&C (HR) initiatives/projects with primary focus on Group, but you will also support secondly our Commercial Region North business. You will be the go-to person in both strategic as well as operational HR-related matters for many of our Group managers. The support and coaching to our managers span across our full employee journey and could include areas such as performance management, goal setting, co-manage workshops, support with employee pulse surveys, salary review etc.
You will also take an active role and responsibility within our P&C Product Area team, being overall responsible for our current two smallest P&C products: “Onboarding” and “Offboarding”.
Required languages are English and Swedish.
