HR specialist - Recruitment & Employer Branding

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment process, employer branding activities and carrying out our employee survey.

This is a temporary employment during a maternity leave from beginning of May.

What you’ll be doing

Recruiting - Your task will be to ensure that our hiring process is of a high standard by supporting the search and selection process for different roles in the Group functions. This includes ensuring high quality job descriptions, sourcing candidates using a variety of platforms, channels and methods, shortlisting candidates and applicant management, conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews and references.  You will work closely with recruiting managers and HR director Group functions.

Employer Branding - You will support our business in their internal and external employer branding initiatives. This includes handling our global career website and in cooperation with Communications you will work on our content strategy for our Nobia Group channels on LinkedIn and Facebook and manage our online presence.

Employee survey – you will be responsible for employee survey roll-outs, results analysis and reporting, and support follow-up actions to increase employee engagement together with our external supplier and local HR managers.

How you qualify for the role

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within HR, and 2-3 years recruitment and sourcing experience, preferable in different business areas, gained in a search firm or in-house sourcing/recruiting role. You have strong computer skills, with proven experience with application tracking systems, CMS and social media. It’s a plus if you have been working with employer branding activities and/or data analysis in Excel.

You have excellent communication skill in both English and Swedish.
