Exploring new career opportunities is a two-way process which needs to feel right for both of us. We encourage you to explore this website as well as our corporate site at nobia.com to learn more about who we are, what we do, and our people. If you decide that Nobia or any of our brands is the right room for you, please search our Current vacancies for available positions that match your skills, qualifications and interest. If you are interested to work in the UK, you can search for open positions here.

If you’ve found a role to suit your skills and expertise or you just want to send us your CV, you can apply directly online. The system will guide you through the online application process. You’ll receive an automatic email confirming that we’ve received your details. You will be contacted by our HR team or our recruitment partner if you are selected for an interview.

Here’s how you can help us during the selection process and show us how you make every opportunity count:

  • Align your skills and experience with the job description.
  • Be specific about projects you’ve worked on or managed. What was the outcome? How did you measure success?
  • Clearly display your name and contact details at the top

Dependent on the position you might be invited to a different number of interviews. We often start with a brief telephone interview before we invite you to meet in-person. The entire interview process can span a period of a few weeks.

We'll ask about your skills and experiences, but interviews are also an opportunity for you to understand if the role and the company are right for you. The key is to be prepared. Here are some tips:

  • Become familiar with our business, vision and the requirements of the job
  • Make notes of what appeals to you about our company and the role
  • Demonstrate you’ve thought about how you will make the role your own
  • Get a friend to help you practice – prepare questions and answers
  • Be yourself – you could be exactly the person we’re looking for
  • Give yourself plenty of time to get to your interview location

It’s decision time! Our team has been working hard to make the right hiring decision for you and for us. If you’re successful we’ll be in touch to make a verbal offer - if not, we’ll be in touch to provide feedback.

Congratulations and welcome onboard! Your manager will introduce you to your team, and support you to get started with your working tasks in the best way possible.
